Business Development Partner (Incentive-Based)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Partner to drive lead generation and client acquisition for Acceler8 Global’s EOR and offshore staffing services. This is a performance-based role—perfect for professionals with strong B2B sales or consulting experience who want flexibility and high earning potential through attractive commissions.

You will play a key role in expanding Acceler8 Global’s client base by identifying prospects, initiating outreach, and coordinating with our internal sales and delivery teams to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Work You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and reach out to target companies ( professional services firms, technology companies, and startups) across the US, UK, and other global markets.
    • Use platforms like LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to engage decision-makers (CEOs, Partners, CFOs, HR and Operations Heads).
    • Qualify leads based on staffing needs, hiring volume, budget, and decision timelines.
  2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
    • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the client’s offshoring or EOR requirements.
    • Present Acceler8 Global’s service offerings — focusing on ease of setup, compliance, data security, and scalability.
    • Maintain consistent communication to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  3. Sales Coordination & Closure Support:
    • Collaborate with Acceler8 Global’s internal BD team for proposal preparation, pricing, and follow-ups.
    • Facilitate client introductions and meetings, ensuring smooth handover to senior BD or delivery leads.
    • Track lead progress and maintain CRM accuracy for transparency and payout eligibility.
  4. Market Awareness & Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on global workforce trends, EOR market developments, and talent outsourcing opportunities.
    • Share market feedback and lead insights with the internal BD and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, lead generation, or account acquisition, preferably within EOR, staffing, outsourcing, BPO, or HR services.
  • Industry Exposure: Experience or network in accounting firms, professional services, or tech companies preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach automation tools.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, performance-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only role with no fixed salary, designed for high-earning potential based on performance.

Indicative Payouts (flexible based on role level):

  • Lead Generation Bonus: For qualified leads that meet Acceler8 Global’s defined criteria.
  • Conversion Commission: Percentage payout (more than Industry standard) on each closed client deal.
  • Recurring Incentives: For clients generating consistent monthly revenue beyond a defined threshold.

Top performers have the potential to earn ₹1.5–3 lakhs+ per month, depending on deal flow and conversions.
